These are highly suspect, as both specimes are very fresh looking. 2 very distinct and different patterns. Please note*** These are NOT the same tag!
First example is a Concordia Plantation - Straw Boss 1829. Second example is a Free Man - City Of Charleston.
Made of copper. Looks to have been recently made and had a chemical applied patina that lacks a genuine age pattern.
Construction lacks consistency with actual excavated and documented specimens. These are running rampant on the market. Use extreme caution!
