Training:

Mike began training & showing horses as a youngster.  His many years of experience has made him one of the best trainers around.  He truly likes horses and treats them individually just as people must be treated differently.  Mike is excellent at starting colts.  He sees that they get a sound foundation to build upon.  He trains reining & pleasure horses.  He has won many awards, R.O.M., & World championships during his career.

Son, Jay, also trains out of dad, Mike's, barn.  He began riding at the age of two and showed horses in showmanship, horsemanship, pleasure, reining, barrels, & poles.  As an adult, Jay has specialized in reining, cutting, & working cowhorse classes.  He has qualified for the World every year since he began showing in MYQHA.  He has won many circuit awards, R.O.M.s, & year-end awards as well.  Jay is available to do clinics, too.  Call him at 573-682-5466 after 6:00pm.
