Stephanie McCarty—School Nurse

Stephanie McCarty  is the School Nurse at the Holliday C-2 School.  She comes to the school for about 3 hours each week.  She is able to serve our school through a grant from the state and administered by the Monroe County Health Department.  She provides support to the school by keeping immunization records up-to-date, monitoring medication records, and providing training to teachers about medication administration, first aide, and school wellness.  She monitors the students with health concerns such as asthma or diabetes.  She conducts the health screening program which includes vision, hearing, and scoliosis.  She handles a variety of school concerns when she comes to our school once each week.
