Since setting our billing software to automatically send out invoices and statements like it is designed to do, we have had several inquiries about billing. This will only affect those who pay by check or cash, not those who pay by credit card, check card or automatic draft. I will attempt to explain a few things: INVOICES will be e-mailed to each customer 3 days before their due date. These will be sent out whether the bill is already PAID OR NOT. If you have a question about a payment being posted, please check the STATEMENT. STATEMENTS will also be e-mailed to each customer any time there is a charge or payment posted. These will be sent out whether the bill is already PAID OR NOT. This will show current balance and when payments are posted. You may check your statement online by going to the Customer Support link on the left. If you would rather not receive the invoices and/or statements, send a message to MCM Systems Billing Remember, you can always have your bill automatically paid by check card, credit card, or automatic draft.
